Michelin tyres, fitted in Erdington
A premium French tyre best known for long tread life. Worth a look if you cover real mileage and want to buy once.
Find Michelin tyres for your car
Michelin is the French tyre maker founded in 1889, and the reputation it has earned is mileage: a tyre that stays useful for a long time, not one that only feels good when new. That is what the extra money at the premium end is paying for, so it makes most sense on a car that does a lot of miles.
For most cars the choice comes down to two families. Primacy is the everyday summer tyre, comfortable and quiet on a family car. CrossClimate is the all-season option, carrying the three-peak snowflake mark, so it can stay on all year without a swap to winter tyres.
If you only do short local trips and a set will take years to wear out, a mid-range tyre may be the better buy, and we will say so. Tell us how you use the car and we will give you a straight answer.
