I broke down on the M5 and was taken by AA to MS Autos on Kingsbury Rd. I was a long way from home in Somerset and had no prior knowledge of this garage but I was so lucky to end up there. They were honest and professional and really went the extra mile to help me in a nightmare situation (car had to be written off) when they could've so easily left me to it. Big thanks especially to Donna who was terrific but a great service from all the team there. Wish I lived locally to use them for future motoring needs!

V Archer · March 2026

Amazing garage, swift with me dropping off last minute and really affordable. Was quoted £464 down the road just to fix my exhaust. MS Auto found the problem straight away and did multiple jobs for more than half the price! So chuffed, thank you guys.

I had a great experience at MS Auto Centre! The team was professional, efficient, and honest throughout the entire process. Whether you’re in for a quick service or something more involved, they really take the time to explain what’s needed without trying to upsell unnecessary work. Jayjay in particular was fantastic — friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in his work. He made sure everything was done properly and kept me informed along the way. I left feeling confident in the quality of the service, and my car’s been running smoothly since. I would definitely recommend MS Auto Centre to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy mechanic. Thanks again!

Great service again from MS Auto Centre! I called in today, hoping that they. Could help me with a tyre valve issue that if not fixed, would compromise the safety of my Honda CRV. I need not to have worried... Prompt, helpful service with a smile on Reception... JJ was quick, thorough and communicative... 15 minutes later, my car was back on the road, ready for Newcastle tomorrow! Huge thanks MS Autos... You are brilliant! Pete
